Service Description
Embark on an immersive and interactive 5-day filmmaking camp designed to ignite creativity and teamwork among young film enthusiasts. Led by industry professionals, participants will delve into the various aspects of filmmaking, gaining a solid foundation in the craft while honing their collaborative skills. With access to state-of-the-art film equipment, props, and costumes, campers will bring their cinematic visions to life in a supportive and dynamic environment. A comprehensive training manual and production materials will be provided to enhance the learning experience. Campers will also receive a camp t-shirt as a keepsake and enjoy delicious lunches and snacks daily. Tailored for youth ages 11-17, this camp promises to not only equip participants with valuable skills for the future but also create lasting memories and foster a love for the art of filmmaking.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require a participant to cancel or reschedule their attendance at The ACHI Foundations workshop, boot camp, or summer camp. In order to ensure fairness to all parties involved, we have developed the following cancellation/reschedule policy: - Cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop, boot camp, or summer camp. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund. - For participants who cancel or reschedule at least 7 days in advance, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. - For participants who cancel or reschedule less than 7 days in advance, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be issued to the original method of payment. - If a participant fails to attend the workshop, boot camp, or summer camp without providing any prior notice, no refund will be issued. - In case of cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or instructor availability, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a future date. - All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to [jfletcher@achifdn.org]. We will confirm all requests within 24 hours of receipt. - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the cancellation or rescheduling request. - Any materials or resources provided to participants during the workshop, boot camp, or summer camp must be returned in their original condition to receive a refund. - The ACHI Foundations reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop, boot camp, or summer camp due to low enrollment or other reasons. In such cases, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future date. - We highly recommend that participants notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their attendance to avoid any cancellation fees and to allow other interested individuals to register for the workshop, boot camp, or summer camp.
